Junko Furuta was biking home from her part-time job when she was involved in a staged accident that resulted in her bicycle being stolen and a friendly face offered to escort her home...but she wasn't taken home, she was kidnapped and held for over a month, subjected to sexual assault, torture, and eventually murder.
